Design Process
- Analyzed the interviews through Affinity Diagram
- Ideated for design opportunities and met with stakeholders to discuss the best ides.
- Sketched design ideas and created low fidelity diagrams
- Conducted Focus Groups to validate the design ideas and identify
- Created high-fidelity mockups to validate and communicate the final design versions.
- Conducted Usability testing and iterations based on feedbacks
- Collaborated with developers to implement the design

To increase user engagement and retention by integrating gamification elements that encourage frequent interaction and long-term app usage.

I led the design team in designing four new features, resulting in a high System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 82.5 and user satisfaction rate of 4.4
