PROBLEM

In physical stores with limited space for displaying all patterns of bedsheets or dinnerware sets, showing only one or two patterns while the rest are just images on packaging can make it challenging for customers to evaluate and compare their options and make confident choices, which can lead to frustration and affect sales.

SOLUTION

To provide customers with an in-store device featuring an AR app that allows them to

1. Select different patterns and
2. View them on a virtual display set in real size.

This way, customers can easily compare various designs and get a clear sense of how each pattern will appear, enhancing their shopping experience and helping them make confident choices.

For the business, it can boost sales and reduce the number of returns.
